This article will explain how you can remove a child off the wait list at your center.

1. Go to the Families "Family Hub" you can do this by searching the name, phone number or email address in the search bar or via the Families Table.

2. On the “Family Hub” screen, under “Family Info, click the row the child is on. There must be at least one child on the record.

3. On the Edit child modal, dropdown the "Status for Child's name".

4. Change the “Child Status” to whatever the new status should be.

(If the family is no longer interested in care or have found care elsewhere, select the status as "Lost Opportunity". Please note this may be named differently in your system).

Best practice is to also select a "Lost Opportunity Reason" if this is the new desired status.

5. Press the “SAVE” button at the bottom to finalise the status change.
