1. Go to the Families "Family Hub" you can do this by searching the name, phone number or email address in the search bar or via the Families Table.
2. On the “Family Hub” screen, under “Family Info”, click the row the child is on. There must be at least one child on the record.
3. On the Edit child modal, dropdown the "Status for Child's name".
4. Change the “Child Status” to “Wait List”.
Best practice is to also provide a "Wait List Reason" as well as a "Wait List Date"
5. Press the “SAVE” button at the bottom to finalise the status change.
