This article explains the different options you have when marking a tour as complete in LineLeader Enroll

Completing a tour


Why is there 3 different ways?

We understand that the system can be complex at times. So we're giving you more than one option to complete a tour task to help you and your center team find what's best for you. Move your families through the enrollment pipeline faster and more efficiently by completing tour tasks.

First Option to Complete Tour in Action Dashboard.


1. Go to Dashboard> Action.

2. Click on the "Calendar" tab.

3. Click on the "Tour Booking" in the Calendar (If the tour is "Past Due" this will show as red).

4. Scroll down to "Result" in the Tour Booking side panel.

5. Select the correct outcome of the Tour Booking, either "Tour Completed" or "Tour Not Completed".

Second Option to Complete Tour in Location Dashboard.

  1. On the Action Dashboard, Go to the “To Do” tab.

  2. Go to "Tasks, Tours and Meetings" and filter to Tours.

3. Click on "Action" next to the Tour.

4. Repeat Steps 4-5 as mentioned above.

Third Option to Complete Tour in Family Hub.

  1. Navigate to your Families' "Family Hub" (Use the search bar or the Families table)

  2. Scroll down and click on the "To Do" or "Future" tab, (depending on the date of the tour)

  3. Click on the Tour that is due.

  4. Repeat Steps 4-5 as mentioned above.



In all 3 above discussed options you have the option to easily create a follow up task while completing the tour/meeting. The Save + Add Task feature allows you to do this easily and will enhance the user experience by requiring less clicks to create a task and allows for more efficient follow ups.
