Reminders & Notifications
The main difference between a reminder and notification is that the notification will be sent out instantly as soon as you save the task, tour or meeting, Whereas a Reminder can be scheduled to be sent for a future date and time.
Reminders are particularly useful when you want to remind a family or a staff member of an upcoming task, for example, an upcoming tour… you have the ability to send them a reminder email or text:
This can be configured in the task/tour/meeting itself if you scroll towards the bottom of the window.
**Today's parents are extremely busy, a reminder of an upcoming tour may be the difference in converting this child to Enrolment vs Lost Opportunity.
Automation > Reminders
If you are wanting to edit the information in your Reminders or Notifications, you can navigate to Automation>Reminders, select a reminder or notifications and use the email editor to make changes to the content that is sent to leads or staff members:
