There are six Active Statuses in your Active Opportunity Pipeline:
New Inquiry – Someone you have not yet made contact with. They could be a web lead, a referral or transfer from another location, or any prospect you haven’t had any contact with.
Contacted (Responsive) – You have now made contact, or two-way communication, with the perspective lead. This could be a phone call conversation, emails back and forth or even two-way texts.
Tour Scheduled – After talking to the lead, a date and time for a tour of your facility has been scheduled.
Tour Completed – You or a staff member has completed a tour of your facility, whether it was scheduled or a walk in.
Wait Listed – If your classrooms are full or if they are waiting to register, you can place the child on the wait list. This will allow you to prioritize and organize all the children waiting for any reason to become Registered.
Registered – If you have room in your class after the tour is complete, you can collect registration paperwork and fees in order to register the child. They will stay in the Registered status until their Expected Start Date. After that date, they will either be Archived to the Enrolled status, if they start, or the Lost Opportunity Status, if a prospect is not able to enroll with your facility.
