The Search field at the top right of your screen allows you to search for Leads and Children within the system at your location.

As you begin typing characters into the field, the list will automatically search for available results and display them, while narrowing the choices as you continue to add characters. However, the search will not display anything until you have entered at least two characters.

As you are typing out the name of the person you are looking for, you may notice three different colored circles on the search bar:

The green circle means that a child is currently enrolled.

The gray circle means that the child is currently going through the sales pipeline.

The red circle means that the child is currently a lost opportunity.

Advanced Search:

The advance search option is similar to the search bar previously mentioned; however, it allows you to search for Leads, Children, etc., in a more specific manner.

When you click on the “Advance Search” button, you will get the screen below. In “Advance Search”, when you type in a single letter, it appears on the search results page at the bottom of the page. You will also notice that the search results differentiate between Leads and Children.
