Getting Started with the Dashboards

  1. After logging into your system, you will see your dashboard.

  2. As an admin you will have full access to the dashboard: Welcome card, Percentage card, Average form duration, Status card

  3. As a parent you will be limited to only viewing the following sections on your dashboard: Welcome card & Status card

Date Range Filter:

  • The date filter will default to the "last 3 days".

  • You can select a range of filters to see the data displayed on your dashboard

  • After selecting a filter (last 3 days, last 7 days, last 4 weeks, 90 day or a custom date range):

    • Sections of your dashboard will automatically populate data according to the filter/date range selected.

Welcome Card

  • Displays today’s date/time with four actionable/clickable buttons.

  • These buttons populate a numbered value accounting for the amount of completed interviews, in-complete interviews, interviews not-stared, pending signatures at your center or items that require a parent’s action.

  • Once either of these buttons are clicked/pressed, your system will automatically display the interview data under the Average Form Duration Card & Status Card.

Percentage Cards

  • These are non-clickable elements/cards that will automatically generate data accordingly.

  • The date range filters do not communicate with this section of your dashboard.

    • For example: if you select or enter a custom range date filter, you will not see a change in data in this section.

  • Interviews Completed in 24 hours will display all interviews completed at your center within the past 24 hours.

  • Interviews completed in 48 hours will display all interviews completed at your center within the past 48 hours.

Average Form Duration:

  • When any date filter and completed or in-progress (aka in-complete interviews) is selected:

  • This card will display the average amount of days it takes a parent to complete a given interview.

    • This card will only display completed/in-progress interviews.

Status Card

  • When a date filter is selected and these buttons are pressed on the Welcome Card: Completed Interview, In-complete Interview, Interview not-started, Pending signature.

    • This card will display all correlating interview statuses or e-signature statuses.

  • Each status row will have a button under the "action" column.

    • The "action" button immediately redirects users and allows them to:

      • Complete an in-completed interview.

      • Begin an interview that has not been started.

      • Complete an e-signature that is pending and has not been e-signed.

      • Export/Save a completed interview.
