Getting to Reports
As an admin user, log into your specific ChildcareFORMS URL
Navigate to the right side of your dashboard.
Click on the down arrow next to your username.
Find “Your Reports” in the dropdown menu.
Press/click “Your Reports” in the dropdown menu to be redirected to the “Reports” landing page.
Notes:
When on the “Reports” landing page, you will see a “Reports” tab and a “Report Log” tab.
The system will default users to the first tab on the table – the Reports tab.
An active tab will be white in color.
An inactive tab will be gray in color.
Users can switch between tabs while having data shown on both tabs
I.e., switching between tabs while actively using/searching for data that has been populated will not disappear while switching tabs.
Reports Tab
On the “Reports” tab you will have the ability to select, search and clear search for three filters:
Select Form Name
A user can select from a list of any interviews in the system.
Select Form Status
A user can select/filter a status an active interview is in.
Complete
In-complete
Not Started
Pending Finish Button
If the “finish button” has not been pressed on any interview in progress, this status will be appended to the interview.
Signature Pending
If a user has an E-Signature field that has not been completed/signed, this status will be appended to the interview.
Select E-Signature Status
A user can select/filter any interview containing completed or pending E-signatures.
When your filters are selected and searched, data will populate in the table below your filters.
This table can be sorted by a desired column.
The data generated on this table can be exported
Reports Log Tab
On the “Reports Log” tab, you will see a history of reports ran at your center.
Users can “export log data”
Users can “delete report logs”
Users can “search” with in their report logs.
