Logs & Events
Did you recently have an unscheduled conversation with a family? Did an important email occur outside of LineLeader Enroll that you want to take note of? If so, don't forget to log it within your CRM system!
To record something that already happened, simply create a "Log":
Find the family
Click the Add Log icon on the primary guardian's row
Fill out the Log Event form including the "Event Description" and adjust the date and time.
Click "Save"
Important: The difference between a task and a log/event is that the log/event has already taken place, whereas a task is something that is yet to happen and will need to be completed in future.
