By utilizing this report, you will be able to analyze who is being overlooked in the system. This helps to figure out which Opportunities have not been contacted in a certain number of days, as well as filter those leads based on if they indeed have follow up tasks that have not been completed in the system. You can use any of the drop-down bars to filter those records, and the report will pull your leads based on when they were last contacted.
