This report will allow you to see how often your staff members login, date and time, as well as actions taken while in the database.
In the generated report the "Last Logged In" date is a constant per user i.e. This user last logged in on 5/21/24, for example. This means you will see the same value in every row for a given user. The same applies to their Hired Date, email, phone number, etc.
The Session Start and Session End dates are the historical record this report is mainly designed to pull. They are based on a date range that can be selected.
If you see overlapping time periods in the Session Start and Session End this reflects the user opening and closing multiple tabs.
If a user leaves the system idle the system ends that session and will create a new one after 15 minutes, if appropriate. Every login credits a user with 15 minutes of activity, for every action taken during the session it adds 15 additional minutes to that session.
