This article will explain how to use the "Embedded Videos" tab.

When you send emails to your leads, the ChildCareCRM system will also allow you to attach a video to your message. In this section, you will learn how to upload videos to the system, so this way you can use them in your emails in the future. 

In order to add a video, you will need to click on the  button on the top, right corner of the page. By doing so, you will be directed to the page below:

When you are on this page, you will need to add a video title. Once you have added a video title, you will click on the Next button. By doing so, you will be directed to the page below:

When you are on the Upload Video page, you will click on the +Add File button. By doing so, you will be required to add a video files to upload from your computer. Once you find the file you want, your screen will change a little:

You will now see that your video file has been added to the Upload Video page. You will also notice that you now have an Upload button. In order to upload your video to ChildCareCRM, you will want to left click on the Upload button. 

Depending on the size of your video, the time is can take to upload may vary. However, while the video uploads, your screen will look like this:

Once your video is 100% uploaded, you will see the screen below:

At this point, you can just click on the Close button at the bottom of the screen or on the top, right corner of the screen.
