Email attachments are pretty easy to understand. Whenever you send an email to someone, you have the option to send them an attachment along with that email. Below you will see a sample email:

When you send an email, you will simply choose an attachment from the drop-down. However, before you even get to that step, you will have to upload that email attachment to the system.

Under the Marketing Tab and under Templates, you will see the Email Attachments tab. When you click on that tab, you will be taken to the page below:

When you are under the Email Attachments tab, you will want to left click on the "+Add File" button. By doing so, you will be directed to the page below:

On this page, you will need to select a "File Name:*" for your attachment, and then you will need to upload the file. When you upload a file, the screen will let you know when it is completed:

Once the attachment is uploaded, you will want to click on the "Save" button on the bottom of the page.

After clicking on the save button, you will be directed back to this page below:

Other Notes:

You may add up to five (5) documents per Attachment File. No document can exceed 4MB in size. No file can exceed 20MB in size. For security reasons, only .pdf, .jpg, .bmp, .gif or .png files may be uploaded. Word, Excel and other file types such as these can contain viruses and therefore cannot be uploaded.

Documents may only be certain file types such as pdf and jpg. Word and Excel documents cannot be added for security reasons. These file types can be uploaded if saved as .pdf file type before uploading.

One attachment file (containing up to five files) may be added to a group email or an email sent from a Business Rule. Manually-sent emails sent from the lead screen may have up to four attachments (each containing up to five files for a total of 20 files).

Examples of Attachment Files and Documents might include the following:

New Lead Info Packet (Brochure, Fee Schedule, Promotion Incentive)

Tour Preparation (What to Expect document, Map or Directions)

Registration Information (Registration, Medical, Permissions, etc. docs)

New Center Opening Update (Construction Progress, Pictures, Newsletter)

Prospect Contact (Newsletter, Special Offer)

Enrollment Info (Policies, Procedures, Payment Options, Waivers, etc.)
