Find children and leads in archive status.

You have two options to find most archived children/leads (i.e. those with a status of Enrolled, Temporary Leave, Withdrawn, or Lost Opportunity).

Leads/children in the last archive status, Rejected, can only be found using Option B.

Step 1: Start typing the child’s name or lead’s name, email or phone number in the search bar in the upper right.

Step 2: Click the child’s/lead’s info when it appears. 

Step 1: Log into a specific location, if you are not already.

Step 2: Click the “Archive” tab.

Step 3: If you know the child’s/lead’s status, click it on the black status row. Otherwise, click “All Archived”.

Step 4: Click on the row containing the child/lead you want.
