When a Lead fills out the web form on your website, the Web Response Thank You email will be immediately emailed to them.

If you accept the Pending Web Lead, the Lead will be moved to New Lead status.
If you reject the Pending Web Lead, the Lead will be moved to Rejected status.

When you enter a Lead, or accept a Pending Web Lead, the Inquiry Thank You email will be emailed to them in 15 minutes.

A phone call Task will be added for the Lead, due in 1 day.

If a Task or an Event is added with the Result type “Called – Spoke with Parent” or “Call Received – Spoke with Parent” or “Email Received from Parent”,the Lead’s status will be changed to Contacted.

When a Task type “Tour” is added to a Lead, the Lead’s status will be changed to Tour Scheduled.
The Lead will be sent the Tour Confirmation email in 1 hour.
An Event with type “Tour Scheduled” will be added to the Lead’s Past Activities.

If a Task or an Event is completed with the Result type “Tour Completed”, the Lead’s Status will be changed to Tour Completed.
The Lead will be sent the Tour Thank You email in 1 hour.
A phone call Task will be added for the Lead, due in 3 days.

If a Task is completed with Task Result “Tour Not Completed”, the Tour No Show email will be sent to the Lead in 15 minutes.
A phone call Task will be added for the Lead, due in 2 days.

If a Task is completed with the Task Result “Started Today”, the Child’s status will be changed to Enrolled (Started).

If a Lead’s status or a Child’s Status is changed to Lost Opportunity, the Lost Opportunity email will be emailed to the Lead in 1 hour.
