How Do I Add a Tour/Meeting Task to My Gmail or Outlook Calendar?

 When adding a Tour or Meeting task, enter date and time, check the “Add to Calendar” check box then click the “Save” button.

A popup window will appear with an “Add Task to Calendar” button. Click it.

 A file will be downloaded to your task bar.

 Right-mouse click on file. Click on Show in Folder.

A Windows folder will appear with the correct file highlighted. Right-mouse click on the file then select Send To, then select “Mail Recipient.”

Your default email service will open with the file attached. Send this email to your Gmail account.

 Login to your Gmail account and open the email. You will see an option to Add to Calendar.
