LineLeader Manage Updates
Family Account Status:
Manage now calculates, saves, and shows a status on each family account: Current, Past Due, Overdue, Collections, Excluded, or Inactive. The status comes from the family’s oldest unpaid past-due invoice across all of their children. Partial payments don’t reset the clock, so the invoice keeps aging from its original due date.
Admins can rename the delinquency stages and set the day range for each one. There are always four stages, and they can’t be added or removed.
This release only shows the status. It doesn’t restrict accounts or trigger any automatic actions. Those will come in a future update. This feature is turned on per site with the Family Account Status customization.
LineLeader Enroll Updates
Group Texts: Choose Who Gets Replies:
The Send Text modal now has a “Reply To” option for group texts, so replies can go to a staff member you choose (for example, an Assistant Manager) instead of only the person who sent the text. Group emails already worked this way, and texts use the same list of options.
We’ve also cleaned up the Send Text layout.
Class Groups Moving to the Modern Enroll UI:
Class Groups management is moving from the legacy screens into the modern Enroll UI, behind a new Class Groups feature toggle. Customers who already use class groups have had the toggle turned on automatically, so nothing changes for them.
LineLeader Engage Updates
Push Notifications Open the Right Screen:
Tapping a message notification in the Engage app now opens that message thread directly. If the thread has been deleted or archived, the app opens the message list and shows a short note. If the notification doesn’t point to a screen the app recognizes, it opens the Dashboard.
Check-in Ratios Widget on the Mobile Admin Dashboard:
The Check-in Ratios widget from Manage is now built into the Engage mobile app. Each classroom shows:
Its current ratio
Child and staff counts
A green or red compliance status
Classrooms that are over ratio show “Over ratio — additional staff needed.” Tapping a classroom opens its roster, showing who’s checked in, who’s absent, and who hasn’t arrived yet. If you’re checked into a different classroom, the roster also includes a button to move yourself to the one you’re viewing.
Outlook Card Always Shows Allergy and Safety Info:
The Outlook card shows allergies, important notes, special needs, and check-in notes. It now appears on the dashboard even when the staff member isn’t checked in. Before, the card was hidden until the teacher checked in.
Teachers: See the children in the classroom they’re checked into. If they aren’t checked in, they see their default classroom.
Admins and directors: See every child checked in at their center, whether or not they’re checked in themselves. Checked-out children and other centers aren’t included.
TWC Check-In Photo Only When Needed:
At TWC (Texas) sites, the kiosk now asks a parent for a check-in photo only when the children being checked in right now include a child who needs one. That means a child with a KinderConnect ID or a Workforce Solutions subsidy.
Before, a parent was asked for a photo every time if any of their children needed one, even when checking in a child who didn’t. The photo is still taken only once per check-in.
