LineLeader Enroll - Using the Action Dashboard's "To Do" Tab

The "To Do" tab on your Action Dashboard is your daily punch list — every pending family, call, message, task, tour, and meeting that needs your attention, all in one place.

If you're managing enrollment for a center, this tab is where you'll spend most of your day. It pulls together everything that's waiting on you so you don't have to go hunting for it across different screens.

1. Find the To Do Tab

  1. Go to your Action Dashboard. In the lefthand navigation, click Dashboard > Action.

  2. Look for two cards. You'll see "Pending Families & Messages" at the top and "Tasks, Tours & Meetings" below it.

  • Tip: Each card has its own show/hide toggle in the corner. Click it any time to collapse a card out of the way or bring it back. If a card is empty when the page loads, it starts collapsed — once it has items, it opens automatically.

2. Global Controls

  1. By default, all of the meetings (including tours) and tasks appear on the To Do page, so that if someone is no longer employed by the center or is out for the day, someone else can pick up their tasks. If you want to only see items which are assigned to you, click the "Only show meetings and tasks assigned to me" checkbox.

  2. The Child Counts progress bar shows how many children are in each pre-enrolled status. (A guardian without any child records in your system is assumed to have one child for such counts.) You can click on any of the status counts to leave the Action Dashboard and go to the Families page pre-filtered to just show the children (and childless guardians) in that status.

  3. "Families | All | Messages" and "Past | Today | Future" buttons can be clicked to filter table results.

  4. Guardian Names can be clicked to switch from the Action Dashboard to that family's Family Hub page. They can also be right-clicked to open the Family Hub page in a new tab.

1) "Only show meetings and tasks assigned to me" checkbox. 2) Child Counts bar. 3) "Past|Today|Future" and "Past|Today|Future" buttons. 4) Guardian Names.

3. Working Pending Families

The "Pending Families & Messages" card is where new inquiries land before they become active families. Use the Families / All / Messages buttons at the top of the card to filter what you're looking at.

Each row shows the guardian's name, the type of inquiry, and when it came in. On the right side of the row, you'll see one or more action icons.

View a family's details

  1. Click the eye icon on a pending family's row. This opens the View Family window.

  2. Review the four sections:

    • Guardian Details — contact info for the parent or guardian.

    • Child Details — the child's name, date of birth, and expected start date.

    • Attribution — where the lead came from, including Inquiry Type, Lead Source, Marketing Campaign, and any UTM tracking info. If a field doesn't apply, you'll see a dash (—) instead of a blank space.

    • Comments — any notes left on the family so far.

  3. Decide what to do next. At the bottom of the window, click Accept or Reject.

  • Note: Marketing Campaign now shows up as a field inside Attribution — you won't find a separate "Marketing Campaign" section anymore.

Accept or reject a family

  • Accept: Click the green checkmark icon on the row (or the Accept button inside View Family). This moves the family into your active roster.

  • Reject: Click the red X icon on the row (or the Reject button inside View Family). A confirmation window pops up first:

    1. Choose a Rejected Reason from the dropdown. This is required.

    2. Add a Rejected Comment if you want to note why — this step is optional.

    3. Confirm the Center shown in the dropdown.

    4. Click Reject to finish, or Cancel to back out.

  • Note: Rejecting a family is final — there's no undo. Once you confirm, the row disappears from your list.

Spot possible duplicate families

If a pending family might already be in your system, you'll see a warning triangle icon on that row. Click it to open a side-by-side comparison of the pending inquiry and the existing family record, so you can decide whether to accept the potential duplicate record, reject it, or merge it with the current record.

4. Working Calls Received

Calls show up as their own row type in the Pending Families & Messages card. Depending on the call, you'll see:

  • Play recording (play icon) — listen to the call.

  • Mark as listened (checkmark icon) — clear it off your list once you've reviewed it.

"Play" and "Mark As Listened" icons

5. Working Messages (Email, Text, and Facebook)

Each row gives you two options:

  • View — read the full message.

  • Archive — clear it from your to-do list once it's handled.

6. Working Tasks, Tours, and Meetings

The "Tasks, Tours & Meetings" card lists everything you've scheduled — follow-up tasks, tours, and meetings. Each row shows two action icons, always in the same order:

  1. Manage (purple icon, on the left) — opens the task, tour, or meeting window so you can complete the item and/or update details.

  2. Cancel (red icon, on the right) — cancels the item.

Add a new task, tour, or meeting

Click "Add" and then "Add Task" or "Add Meeting" near the top right of the card to schedule a new task or meeting. It'll appear in the table right away.
