Introduction
The Marketing Analytics Dashboard gives Regional Managers, Corporate, and Executive users a single place to see how marketing efforts are converting leads and how individual email and text templates are performing. Instead of pulling separate reports, you can review family and child volume, tour activity, and channel-level engagement together and quickly spot the templates that are working best and the ones that need attention.
This guide walks through where to find the dashboard, how the filters work, and what each card on the page is telling you.
Who can access this feature?
The Marketing Analytics Dashboard is available to users with the Marketing Analytics Dashboard permission enabled and only when the feature has been turned on for your account. If you do not see the dashboard in your navigation, please email support@lineleader.com or contact your Customer Success Advocate to enable access.
The settings gear (top right of the dashboard) is only visible to users with administrative settings access.
Dashboard Controls
A Time Range selector appears in the top right of the page and controls every card on the dashboard.
Available options:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days (default)
Last 90 days
Custom (opens a date-range picker)
When you change the time range, all sections refresh automatically. Custom ranges have a maximum length; if you pick a very long range you'll see a warning before it is applied.
Families & Children
The top section shows lead and tour volume for the selected time range, compared to the previous equivalent period. Each card displays the current value, the change vs. the previous period, and a trend indicator.
KPI | What it shows |
Families | Unique families generated in the time range (excludes rejected). |
Children | Unique children generated in the time range (excludes rejected). |
Tours Scheduled | Tours scheduled in the time range. |
Tours Completed | Tours completed in the time range. |
Lead to Tour Conversion | Percentage of leads that converted to a completed tour. |
Hover the small info icon on any card for the exact definition.
Campaign & Content Performance
Below the KPIs, the Campaign & Content Performance section is where you'll spend most of your time. It contains an overall performance chart, the Email Performance card, and the Text Performance card.
Performance Statistics chart
A combined chart showing email and text send volume and engagement over the selected time range. Use this to see trends at a glance before drilling into individual templates.
Email Performance card
The Email Performance card has three parts: a stats row, a filter and toggle bar, and a ranked list of templates.
Stats row (account-wide for the time range):
Avg Open Rate
Avg Click Rate
Avg Unsub Rate
Total Sent
Total Replies
Filter row (controls which templates appear in the ranked list below):
All (default)
Drip
Workflow
Group
Toggle (switches the ranked list between two views):
The toggle always resets to Top Performers when the page loads, but changing the toggle does not reset your filter:
Top Performers. Templates which have been sent 100 times or more with a Click rate above your account's average click rate. Ranked by click rate, highest first. Up to 10 shown.
Needs Attention Templates which have been sent 100 times or more and a click rate below 50% of your account's average click rate. Ranked by click rate, lowest first. Up to 10 shown.
The account average click rate used for ranking is always calculated across all email templates, regardless of which filter is active, so applying the Drip filter narrows the list you see but does not shift the benchmark used to qualify templates.
Why click rate? Click rate is a stronger behavioral signal than open rate, which has become less reliable due to mail privacy features that auto-open messages. Ranking by click rate gives a more accurate picture of which templates are actually resonating with families.
Columns (always visible in both toggle states):
Email Subject
Type
First Send Date
Open Rate
Click Rate
Unsub Rate
# Sent
Replies
Text Performance card
The Text Performance card follows the same pattern as the email card, but uses statistics appropriate to SMS text messaging.
Stats row (account-wide for the time range):
Avg Delivery Rate
Avg Reply Rate
Total Sent
Total Replies
Note: There is no Avg Unsub Rate for texts because SMS providers don't provide such statistics.
Filter row
All (default)
Drip
Workflow
Group
Behaves the same way as the email card; account averages do not shift when a filter is applied.
Toggle (resets to "Top Performers" upon page load):
Top Performers. Templates which have been sent 100 times or more with a Click rate above your account's average click rate. Ranked by click rate, highest first. Up to 10 shown.
Needs Attention Templates which have been sent 100 times or more and a click rate below 50% of your account's average click rate. Ranked by click rate, lowest first. Up to 10 shown.
Columns (always visible in both toggle states):
Text Message
Type
First Send Date
Delivery Rate
Reply Rate
# Sent
Replies
In-card guidance:
Transactional templates (for example, tour confirmations or wait list notifications) are not designed to generate replies, so they may not appear in Top Performers. The card displays a tooltip explaining this so it isn't mistaken for a problem.
Each "Needs Attention" row includes a short note that a low delivery rate may indicate phone-number or carrier issues rather than a content problem, useful context when deciding whether to rewrite a template or investigate deliverability.
Phone Deliverability
Beneath the Text Performance card, the Phone Deliverability section lists the phone numbers used to send messages, with delivery rate, sent/delivered/failed counts, and a trend indicator per number. Numbers below the warning threshold are flagged so you can investigate carrier or number issues before they impact campaigns.
Tips
The toggle and filter reset to "Top Performers" and "All" every time you load the dashboard. They're not persisted between sessions, which keeps the default view consistent for everyone.
A template needs at least 100 sends during the selected time range to be eligible for either Top Performers or Needs Attention. Lower-volume templates won't appear in those lists because the sample size isn't large enough to be reliable.
If a card shows an error message instead of a list, the underlying analytics data couldn't be retrieved. Reload the page; if it persists, contact support.
