LineLeader Enroll Updates

Show Only the Results That Matter Most:
When completing tasks or meetings, results are grouped into “Preferred Results” and “Other Results.” If you want to simplify things for your team, you can hide “Other Results” so only the most relevant options appear. You can do so by clicking: Families → Settings gear icon → Tasks, Results, and Logs → scroll to the bottom of the section. You’ll see a table listing your various task groups with a “Limit Results” column. Check to limit the results for whatever kind of task groups you want to limit.

Mark Tasks Complete Right Away:
The new Add Task window now includes a “Complete Now” option. If you’re logging something that’s already been done—like a quick call or follow-up—you can mark it complete immediately instead of creating the task and coming back to it later. It’s a small change that makes everyday workflows feel a lot faster and more natural.

LineLeader Manage Updates

Clearer Tracking for PLR Schedule Changes:
When a parent changes their child’s schedule through Parent DIY, the system will now automatically add the cancelation reason of “Schedule Change Made By Parent” to the adjusted schedule. This helps clean up data, especially for customers that import LineLeader data into other tools, to better represent true cancelations from schedule changes.

KinderConnect: Resubmit Data When You Need To:
If you ever need to resend attendance or absence data to KinderSystems, you can now do it yourself. A new “Resubmit Data” button now appears next to the KinderConnect Manage button on the KinderConnect Integration settings page (only visible when the integration is active). This button lets you choose a past date and resubmit all attendance and absence data for that date. Plus, everything runs in the background, so there’s no disruption to your workflow.
