Bulk Add Tasks

How to add tasks in bulk, through the LineLeader Enroll platform

Within LineLeader Enroll, you have the ability to generate a group of tasks across leads, assigned to a specific user position.

  1. Go to the Families table and curate a list of leads you would like to bulk assign tasks to

  2. Once you have the list of leads you are looking to assign a task to, click on Group Action

  3. Under Group Action, you will see "Add Tasks"

When “Add Tasks” is selected, you will see a modal that asks you to

  1. Select the task type you are looking to assign

  2. Select the user role you are looking to assign the task to

  3. Enter a description of the task

  4. Confirm the time that the task is due

  5. If desired, set reminders

Once you click "Save", you will see a prompt indicating how many tasks are going to be added. When the system finishes creating those tasks, you will get an email sent confirming.
