LineLeader Enroll Updates
Customer Form / Twilio Communication Types Update:
When using the Customer Form/Web Hook to create leads in LineLeader Enroll, you can now include more specific “Opt In” details related to text messages & text templates, giving you more clarity on communication preferences from the moment the lead is created. There are two new lead fields available for mapping:
Do Not Text (Marketing Messages)
Do Not Text (Non-Marketing Messages)
You can map these fields in the Customer Form section so that this information flows directly into LineLeader without extra steps.
Bulk Add Tasks:
You can now assign tasks to multiple families at once using LineLeader Enroll's group actions feature. To do this, go to Families > Group Action > select families > Next. This is especially helpful for workflows like reviewing families to determine whether they should remain active, or moved to Lost Opportunity and win-back.
Bulk Add Tasks Across Multiple Locations:
The Bulk Add Tasks feature has also been updated to better support organizations with multiple locations. Instead of assigning tasks to a specific person, tasks can now be assigned by position (for example, “Center Director” rather than "Jane Smith"). When tasks are created for families across different locations, they will automatically be assigned to the appropriate role at each center. This makes it easier for multi-site organizations to manage follow-ups without needing to manually assign tasks to different individuals at each location.
