LineLeader Manage Updates
Discounts and Subsidies on Item Charges:
You can now apply discounts and subsidy (third-party payer) allocations directly to item charges, similar to how they’re applied to billing plans. This makes it easier to assign financial adjustments where needed. Admins must enter applicable service dates for item charges to ensure accurate accounting.
If you're using Parent Led Registration, the Subsidy Approval Queue can be used to add discounts or subsidy allocations to item charges. The queue also lets you remove specific programs from an application without approving or rejecting the whole application. Registration fees can now also be assigned to subsidy payers before approval.
Customization to enable: billing/assignAllocationsToItems/enabled
Improved Multi-Word Search:
The global search experience has been enhanced so searching for names, emails, and phone numbers is more reliable and predictable:
First and last name combinations (e.g., “Kate B” or “Kate Ba”) consistently return the expected results and prioritize the best matches.
Searches with an @ symbol will return email matches only.
Numeric searches are now treated as phone lookups and match numbers regardless of formatting.
Searches begin only after 3 meaningful characters are typed, reducing unnecessary queries.
Upcoming Billing Adjustments Widget Loads Faster:
The Upcoming Billing Adjustments widget now only loads data for the site you’re currently signed into. This reduces load time and improves performance. Calculations remain the same, just scoped to a single site.
Manual Selection Required for PIN Check-In:
Parents using PIN Check In are now required to manually select the child(ren) they want to check in or out after entering a PIN. Children are no longer auto-selected, preventing unintended check-ins/outs. Only selected children are processed, and the parent can’t continue without making a selection.

Separate Communication Type Opt-Ins (Twilio):
When the Communication Types feature is enabled, the single “Opt In to Texting” checkbox has been split into two checkboxes to support compliance with FCC and other regulations. This allows guardians to opt out of marketing texts while opting in to other operational texts.
Persistent Tab Selection in Family Hub “To Do”:
The Family Hub’s “Past,” “Today,” and “Future” tabs stay selected between sessions, so users return to the same view they last chose. This preference resets when a user logs out.
Location Short Code Added to Add Family Modal:
Location select lists now include the short code in parentheses after the long name. Users can type a short code to quickly find a location in the list.
Go-To Icons Added to Additional Contacts:
Unified customers will now see the “duck wing” icon next to Additional Contacts in Enroll that opens the contact’s profile in Manage.
Task Description Added to Tasks, Tours & Meetings Table:
The Action Dashboard’s “Tasks, Tours & Meetings” table now displays the description for each item, making it easier to understand the purpose of each task or tour.
“Tour Outcome” Added to Tasks & Logs Custom Data Set:
A new field called "Tour Outcome" has been added to help track the result of tours, with “success” being defined as getting a child on the wait list, registered, or enrolled. If a tour results in one of these statuses, that status will appear in the “Tour Outcome” field. “Lost Opportunity” will appear if the family declined to move forward. "TBD" will appear if none of those four statuses have been set for the family yet.
Only completed tours populate this field.
Custom status names are supported, but custom statuses added between “Wait List” and “Enrolled” will not appear.
