LineLeader Enroll Updates

“Tour Outcome” Added to Tours & Meetings Report:

The Tours & Meetings standard report now includes a “Tour Outcome” field in both table and summary views. It appears by default, making it easier to review and compare tour results.

Clearer Calendar Identification in Settings:

The tooltip in Location Information settings now more clearly identifies the external calendar linked to a center, adjusting the messaging based on whether the account email and calendar name match.

Updated "To Do" and "Future" Tabs in Family Hub:

The Family Hub’s "To Do" section is now easier to understand at a glance. The “Future” tab has been removed and replaced with "Past", "Today", and "Future" filter buttons that support multi-select. Tasks appear in due-date order, and a new “Task Description” field provides additional context.

Email Templates No Longer Overwrite Email Threads:

When you use a template to reply to an email via the Send Email modal, the template is added as a new reply instead of overwriting the existing thread, preserving conversation history.

LineLeader Manage Updates

Improved Handling of Schedule Changes and Billing:

When admins replace a schedule that overlaps with an existing entry, the system now removes the old schedule and its billing plan before creating new records. This prevents mismatches and keeps schedules aligned with their linked billing plans.

Hide Express Drive Up When Disabled:

If Express Drive Up is disabled in admin settings, the parent dashboard will no longer display the icon. This ensures parents only see features that are available to them.

Show Subsidy and Discount Details Before Invoice Generation:

When billing/assignAllocationsToItems/enabled is true, the Pending Charges section now shows how subsidies, discounts, coupons, and family amounts will apply to each item before the invoice is created, giving admins clear visibility into allocations. When multiple discounts, subsidies, or coupons exist, each allocation appears on its own row, giving a clear, item level view of how the charge will be distributed.

Apply Payer and Discount Allocations to Item Charges:

When billing/assignAllocationsToItems/enabled is true, admins can now attach payer subsidies, copays, discounts, or coupons directly to item charges. A new “Add Discount/Payer” control replaces the old discount field and supports more detailed and flexible allocation entry.

Enrolled Program Details Now Show Correctly:

The "Children: Enrolled Program Details" widget now consistently displays all active recurring schedule information for enrolled children, for a clearer view of each child’s current program participation.
