LineLeader Enroll Updates

Export Families by Location:
Users of the unified Enroll–Manage integration can now export families from select locations instead of exporting all sites at once. This makes the process faster, plus helps prevent duplicate records from being created in Manage.

LineLeader Manage Updates

Parents Can Now See Relationship Assignments:
Parents can now view family relationships directly in Manage → People → Family Users. Before, they had to open the “Edit Relationships” screen to see which adults were linked to which children. Now, when a parent is signed in at a site where people/showFamilyRelationships is enabled, a new “Relationships” section shows every child connected to each contact, along with their relationship type.

Warning Added Before Removing a Contact:

Parents now see a clear warning before removing a contact relationship. When all relationship types are deselected for an adult, the system displays a warning message: “Removing all relationships from all children will remove this contact from your profile. If you wish to add this contact back to your account later, you’ll need to contact customer support.”

Clearer Message When Email Is Already in Use:

When a parent tries to add a contact with an email address that already exists in the system, they now see this helpful message: “This email is already in use. Please contact customer support to add this contact to your account.”

Prevent Uploads Without an Attached Documents:

Users can no longer save or upload records without attaching a file. If a required document is missing, the system blocks the action and displays a clear message: “A document is required for this entry. Please attach a document before saving.”

New Detailed Aging Report Export:

A new “Export by Invoice” option in the Aging Report gives users a more detailed view of financial data at the invoice level. Along with the existing “Export CSV by Family,” this new format includes "Export CSV by Invoice." This new version includes columns for fields like Child Name, Guardian Name(s), Payer, Org, and Invoice #, along with all the existing financial details such as due date, open balance, and aging buckets.

Flexible Advance Notice Settings:

Administrators can now set custom advance notice requirements for schedule or registration changes. Instead of a fixed 7-day rule, they can choose how many days’ notice is needed and whether it’s based on business or calendar days.

Registration Enforces Notice Rules:

The registration process now automatically applies each program’s advance notice settings. When parents select a desired start date, the system checks that it meets the center’s policy. Dates that don’t meet the requirement will be blocked in the date picker.
