LineLeader Manage Updates

Hide Full Programs During Registration:
Programs that are completely full will no longer appear on the “What Programs Are You Interested In” page. Families will now only see programs with available days, reducing frustration and confusion during registration.

Smarter Auto Drop-In Fee Rules for Holidays:
We’ve refined how drop-in fees work on holidays:

  • If punch cards are allowed, the system will use a punch card instead of charging a fee.

  • If punch cards are not allowed, the system will apply the specific holiday charge (if one exists) instead of the standard drop-in fee.

  • If no holiday charge is set, no fee is applied.

This ensures billing matches each center’s holiday rules and prevents unnecessary charges.

Charge Drop-In Fee on Holidays When Punch Cards Can’t Be Used:
If a child checks in on a holiday without a reservation and punch cards are not allowed, the system will now automatically apply the “Daily Drop-In” fee (if one is configured). Built-in safeguards ensure:

  • Only one charge per child per day

  • Only one punch card can be used per day

  • No duplicate drop-in charges

Holiday billing now matches how each site is configured, and we added guardrails so no one gets charged twice in a day.

Simpler Error Handling for Overlapping Schedules:
When admins edit a child’s schedule and overlaps occur, a new interactive message appears, clearly showing the conflict and gives admins two options:

  1. Remove the conflicting entries and apply the new schedule

  2. Cancel and keep the current schedule

This removes the need for manual clean-up and speeds up scheduling.

Admins Can Now Hard Delete People:
Admins no longer need to contact LineLeader Support to fully delete a user. With the proper customization enabled (people/deleteUsers), admins can hard delete people directly in Manage, making data clean-up faster and more efficient.
