How to Edit Required Fields on Your Landing Page

Customizing the required fields on your Contact Us landing page helps you collect the most relevant information from families right from the start. Follow these steps to update what’s visible and/or required:

1. Navigate to Automation

From the left-hand menu, click on Automation.

2. Select "Landing Pages"

In the Automation dropdown, choose Landing Pages.

3. Choose Your Contact Us Page

Locate and select your Contact Us landing page to begin editing.

4. Scroll to “Edit Fields”

Scroll to the bottom of the landing page editor until you see the “Edit Fields” option.

5. Choose the Fields You Want to Use

You can select which custom fields you’d like to appear on this specific landing page.
Tip: We recommend always including the following fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Child’s Name

  • Child’s Estimated Birthdate

6. Use Custom Fields

If you've created additional custom fields under the Families gear, they will also be available here for use.

7. Rearrange the Field Order

To rearrange the order of your form fields, click and hold a field, then drag and drop it into the desired position.

8. Save Your Changes

Once you’ve finalized your fields and their order, click “Save.”

Your Contact Us page will now be updated, and changes will reflect on your website in real-time.
