This release includes important enhancements to scheduling, registration, billing, reporting, and API functionality, making workflows faster, more accurate, and easier to use.
Registration & Enrollment Improvements
Show Capacity Status During Registration:
When selecting a day that has already reached its enrollment cap, parents will now see this message during registration: “Unavailable: At Capacity” to avoid confusion about program availability.
Hide Programs Tab When No Programs Are Available:
If a child has no eligible programs to register for, the Programs tab won’t appear. Instead, a helpful message will guide families to check back later or contact support.
Wait List Tab Added to Enroll Families Page:
A new “Wait List” tab makes it much easier for staff to view and manage waitlisted children without having to manually filter or switch screens.
Prevent Scheduling on Holidays – Nonrecurring:
Admins will now see a clear warning when creating a nonrecurring schedule on a holiday where the selected schedule type isn’t available.
Prevent Scheduling on Holidays – Recurring:
Recurring schedules now automatically skip holidays that aren’t supported by the selected schedule type. Those days will be marked as canceled with a reason.
Sibling Discounts Only Apply for Same Time Period:
Sibling discounts will now only apply if children are registered for the same time period—ensuring the discount is used as intended.
Admin & Platform Performance
Site Switching Now 3x Faster:
We’ve dramatically reduced the loading time when switching between sites from the Admin panel & it now completes in under 3 seconds.
Faster Load Times on Time > Scheduling Page:
The scheduling calendar loads in under 3 seconds, even for high-volume sites with lots of student data.
Group Roster Now Sortable by Grade:
Group rosters can now be filtered and sorted by student grade, making check-in/out faster and more intuitive for admins.
Families Section Column Consistency:
The layout across all Families tabs now includes a new “Status” column and standardized column order, making views and exports easier to work with.
Preferred Name Now Pulled from ADP:
If a Preferred Name is available in ADP, it will now automatically populate in Manage, cutting down on manual data cleanup.
Optimize “View Potential Duplicates” Modal:
We’ve sped up the loading, saving, and closing of the Potential Duplicates modal. Actions now complete in 5 seconds or less, even with large datasets.
Enroll Calendar Loads 75% Faster:
The Add Meeting calendar is now significantly faster across all entry points, with most actions completing in under 2 seconds.
Nylas Integration Now Supports Shared Email Accounts:
Admins can now link the same external email for both calendar and email sync without errors, as long as it’s tied to their own account.
Custom Reports Now Match Whitelabel Branding:
Custom reporting pages and tables now reflect your custom branding for a seamless white-labeled experience.
"Show More" Button Honors Whitelabel Colors:
The “Show More” button on This Week’s Schedule widget now displays using your brand’s primary color in whitelabeled environments.
Reporting Enhancements
Plan Enrollments Report No Longer Requires Group Selection:
Admins can run the Plan Enrollments Report grouped by child schedule without selecting a specific group or plan.
Org Name Always Visible in Attendance Reports:
The Org Name (location) column now always shows in the General Attendance Report, even when running a single-site report.
See Who Logged an Absence:
The General Attendance Report now includes the user who submitted each absence when “Show Absence” is enabled—great for subsidy audit trails.
Add Enrollment Track to All Family Data Report:
You’ll now see which enrollment track a child is on in the All Family Data custom report, helping distinguish re-enrollments from duplicates.
Remove Security Deposits from Aging Report:
Security deposits no longer appear in the Aging Report since they’re not considered receivables or credits, keeping your data cleaner.
Profile Report Export Improvements:
Profile Report now separates First Name, Preferred Name, Middle Name, and Last Name into individual columns and sorts by last name by default.
Billing & Invoicing Enhancements
Show Subsidy Discounts on Invoices:
Subsidy discounts now appear as line items on invoices, clearly nested under their subsidy allocation for transparency.
Reverse Subsidy Discounts from Invoice View:
Each reimbursable discount on the invoice ledger now includes a “reverse” link, allowing quick corrections to recorded discounts.
Holiday Autoprorate Only Shows When Enabled:
The “Would you like to automatically prorate…” question now only appears when autoprorate is enabled at the org.
Payer Status Widget Enhancements
See a Summary Before Submitting:
Admins will now get a detailed confirmation pop-up showing payments, reallocation types, and totals before finalizing payer credit actions.
Save Drafts Without Losing Reallocation Info:
When saving a remittance draft, all credits and reallocations are now securely saved.
Reallocate Payer Balance to Discounts:
Admins can now reallocate subsidy balances directly to discounts from the Payer Status Widget—those actions are logged in the invoice ledger and reports.
Reallocate Payer Balance to Family Members:
It’s now possible to reallocate a payer’s balance to a family member. A new invoice is automatically created with proper notes and due date.
District Funded (DF) Import Enhancements
Link Schedules to Billing Plans During DF Import:
Each schedule added via DF import is now automatically linked to the correct billing plan so there’s no need for manual cleanup.
Create & Link Family Members via DF Import:
DF imports now automatically create a family member for each child (labeled “Parent of…”), who is set as their guardian.
Auto-Tag DF Records as “District Funded”:
Records imported through the DF Data Importer now receive a “District Funded” tag automatically, helping with filtering and reporting.
Additional Improvements
Improved Relationship Search with Person Type:
When adding a new relationship, you’ll now see the person type (e.g., Guardian, Student) next to each name to avoid confusion.
Admins Can Now Be Floated to Multiple Locations:
Admins can now be assigned to multiple “Able to Work At” locations, making staffing and time tracking more flexible.
