This release includes major improvements to bulk data import tools, better visibility into past purchases and reconciliations, performance upgrades, and several new features that reduce manual work for admins.
Key Improvements & Features
Programs Now Appear Correctly for Past Purchases:
Previously purchased programs now show up on a child's "Programs" tab. Parents will now see everything they’ve paid for, even if the purchase happened before this update.
Schedules Automatically Linked to Billing Plans for New Groups:
When creating a new group via Manage > Groups, all schedule types will now link to billing plans automatically— no manual setup needed.
Clearer PIN Code Text Messages:
The message sent to families when a PIN code is assigned now includes better context and makes it clear the message is one-way only, reducing confusion.
Custom Report Builder:
The Custom Report Builder is now available to all users in Manage via Reports > Custom Report Builder. Custom Report Builder allows you to create highly customizable reports with advanced options like filtering, sorting, pivoting, and visualizing data—something not possible with the standard reports.
New Bulk Import Tools for Admins
All import tools are available for Super Admins and are designed to speed up data management without needing dev help.
Staff & Admin Import: Upload staff/admin records via Excel/CSV to simplify onboarding.
Grades Served Import: Bulk import which grade levels are served at each site.
Item Import: Add or update program items (e.g. tuition, deposits) in bulk.
Billing Plan Import: Easily configure plans with varied pricing and frequency options.
Program Import: Upload multiple site-level programs at once.
Subsidy Import: Add subsidy configurations across multiple sites efficiently.
Time Period Import: Define seasonal/program-based timeframes in bulk.
Discount Import: Add discount types at scale with a new tool under Admin > Org Info > Import Data.
Schedule Types Import: Configure schedule types quickly across your orgs.
Org/Site Import: Set up organizations and site hierarchies with one CSV file.
District Funded (DF) Child Billing Plan Import: Ensure each child is properly mapped to a billing plan based on imported values. Admins can easily update mappings between ProgramName, SessionTypeName, and the corresponding billing plan.
Payer Reconciliation Updates
Saved Reconciliations View:
You can now access previously submitted reconciliation batches directly in the Payer Reconciliation page— no more lost history.
Upload Documents with Subsidy Payments:
When applying subsidy payments, you can now attach supporting docs like scanned checks, internal payment logs, or approval memos for better tracking.
Organization Tags
Assign Tags to Organizations:
You can now add tags to your orgs for better filtering, reporting, and configuration via the Admin > Org Info page.
Centralized Tag Management:
There's a new UI to manage the list of available tags, making it easy to create, edit, or remove tags consistently.
Platform Enhancements
Edit User Modal Loads Faster:
A performance optimization has been released to significantly reduce the loading time of the "Edit User" modal within the Enroll platform for customers with large datasets. It now loads in less than 3 seconds.
Improved Offline Kiosk Behavior:
When a kiosk loses internet connection, it now disables PIN entry and this message is displayed: “This device is offline. Please check your child in at the front desk” to prevent confusion during check-in/out.
