The team at LineLeader made recent improvements to streamline data management, clarify user interfaces, and ensure accurate billing and enrollment processes. Below is a summary of those enhancements.
Data Management Improvements:
Custom Guardian Fields in Data Warehouse: Custom Guardian Fields are now included in the Leads data warehouse file in LineLeader Enroll. These fields are now included as the last columns in the export. Any new or removed custom fields will automatically be reflected in future data warehouse exports.
New Organization Fields: Site Number, Region Number, Area Number, and County have been added and mapped to the Organization record. To enhance administrative control, new data entry fields have been added to the Organization Info page for admins with permission to add or edit orgs. These fields allow important data, such as location identifiers to be recorded at the time of org creation or update. Each field now includes a dedicated Edit modal with a descriptive header and input guidance.
Billing and Invoice Clarity:
Updated Button Labels for Invoice Adjustments: To reduce confusion during financial adjustments, button labels that appear when an admin voids an invoice or issues an “Other Credit” have been updated. The “Remove Schedules” button has been changed to “Adjust Invoice and Remove Schedules,” and “Void Invoice Only” button is now “Adjust Invoice Only,” so admins can confidently select the appropriate option.
Prompt Schedule Removal When Voiding Invoices: When an admin voids an invoice or issues an "Other Credit", they will see a pop-up that asks: “Would you like to remove the child from the following schedule?” with a list of applicable schedule types. Selecting “Remove Schedules” will delete those entries from the child’s schedule and remove the program from their Programs tab, with the action logged in the child’s audit history.
Parent and Enrollment Experience:
Bundle Discount Visibility in Parent DIY: During enrollment, Parent DIY now evaluates bundle discount eligibility based solely on the currently selected plans, ensuring accurate discount presentation. This update makes sure parents are correctly presented with bundle discounts when enrolling in additional qualifying plans.
Clarified Grade Label in Registration: To better align with the academic year during registration, a new customization has been introduced to relabel the "Grade" field. When the customization is enabled, the label is updated to “Student grade in the 2024–25 school year,” providing clearer context for parents registering their children.
Comprehensive Program Date Display: The child's Programs tab now displays all item date types, including "Date Range" and "Recurring," in addition to "Individual Dates." This offers families and admins a complete view of all applicable programs, regardless of how the dates are structured.
Communication Enhancements:
Updated PIN Code Delivery Text: The text message sent when a PIN code is assigned to a family member has been updated for clarity. The message now clearly states the purpose of the PIN (for check-in or check-out) and the specific organization it applies to.
