More tours mean more enrollments.
Here’s how to schedule a tour in LineLeader Enroll:
*Scheduling a tour can be done directly in the lead’s record, or from the action dashboard calendar.
Adding a tour in the lead record
Locate the lead record. In the top menu bar, click the search icon. Type the lead’s name, email address or phone number to locate their record.
Once in the lead’s record, click the “Add Meeting” Icon adjacent to the guardian.
Clicking this icon will pull up the location’s tour calendar. Click on the time slot for which you want to schedule the tour
In the tour pop-up window, fill out the details of the tour and save. Ensure that the meeting type is set to “tour”. At this stage you can also set up reminders for parents and staff
After this step, the tour will be added to the lead’s record as well as the upcoming tasks for the assigned user.
Adding a tour from the dashboard
Go to the Action Dashboard and click into the calendar. (if you have more that one center, make sure you are viewing the calendar for the location for which you are booking the tour)
At this stage, you can either click directly into the time slot, or you can click the “Add” icon and manually enter the date/time.
In the “Add Meeting” window, search for and select the lead for whom the tour is for. Make sure the task type is set to “tour”. Fill out any other details needed and save the tour.
