Adding a new Contact Us/Kiosk Form

Using a different landing page for open houses or public events is a great way for childcare facilities to track where leads are coming from and measure success. Clear Source Tracking – Know whether families are finding you through Facebook ads, Google searches, or referral programs.

Better Analytics: See which promotions (like open house events or enrollment specials) drive the most interest.

Improved Budgeting: Focus your advertising dollars on the platforms that bring in the most inquiries and tour requests.


  1. Select Automations in the left-hand column of the page


  2. Open Landing Pages – In the expanded menu, click on Landing Pages.


  3. Add a New Page – Click "Add New Page" to begin setting up your landing page.


  4. Select a Type – If creating a page for an open house or community event, we recommend using the Kiosk page. This option allows for quick and easy data entry, especially when collecting a large number of parent inquiries.


  5. Generate Your Landing Page URL – Once created, the system will generate a unique URL for your Kiosk, Web, or Tour Scheduler landing page.


  6. Assign Inquiry Type & Marketing Campaign – You can link your landing page to a specific inquiry type and previously created marketing campaign for better tracking and reporting.

    That’s it! Your landing page is now ready to capture inquiries efficiently. You’ll be able to view which page your leads came from and direct more of your marketing budget to the top choice!
