Turning on Daily Director’s Emails

Each morning, directors receive an email outlining their tours for the day. This makes it easy to stay organized, prioritize what needs to be done, and ensure nothing gets overlooked. It’s a simple way to keep everything on track and make daily operations run more smoothly!


  1. On the left-hand side, click the purple column and select Settings.

  2. Expand the menu and select “System”.

  3. Select “Status”.

4. Toggle "Daily Director Emails" to purple to activate.

Once enabled, the Location Director will receive a daily email with scheduled tours for the day.


To verify the recipient of your daily director email, visit User Settings and check the position listed on the user.
