Children Widget Enhancements:

  • Improved Icons and Labels: The "Add Programs" icon in the Children widget has been updated to a more intuitive plus (“+”) sign, and the button label for adding new children now reads “Add Child” to better specify its function.

  • Seamless Navigation After Adding a Child: When a parent adds a new child via the Children widget, the registration form now opens in a new browser tab. After completing the registration, the system automatically redirects the user back to their dashboard, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience.

Flex Reporting Tool Updates:

  • Manage Saved Custom Reports: Users can now edit and delete their saved custom reports within the Flex reporting tool. Each saved report entry includes an Edit button to modify the report and a Delete button to remove reports that are no longer needed. Renaming and saving a report will create a new entry, allowing for better organization and management of reports.

  • Dedicated View for Saved Reports: A new tab labeled “My Saved Custom Reports” has been added to the Custom Report Builder tab, providing users with quick access to their previously saved custom reports. This tab displays all your saved reports, including columns for Report Name, Created Date, and Created By. Additionally, the existing “Reports” tab has been renamed to “Standard Reports” for improved clarity.

Expanded Grade Options:

To better accommodate early childhood programs, LineLeader has expanded the list of grade options within the platform. These new grades are integrated across various touchpoints in the platform, including the Billing Charge Configuration screen, the child profile's "Grade" dropdown, and all registration flows.

Timecard Improvement:

In LineLeader Manage, the "Created By" field on timecards now displays the individual who performed the check-in or check-out action, rather than the admin who enabled Kiosk Mode.

Absences Now Displayed in Attendance Grid by Date Report:

The Attendance Grid by Date report now accurately shows absence reasons for children with same-day schedule cancellations. This ensures that all absences are properly documented, providing a complete view of attendance records.

Maintaining Minimum Contact Requirements:

LineLeader now enforces minimum required emergency and pickup contact thresholds when parents or caregivers edit or delete relationships. This safeguard makes sure that every child’s profile retains the necessary number of designated contacts, aligning with center safety standards. If an action would reduce the contacts below the required number, the system will prevent the change and prompt the user to maintain the necessary contacts.

Real-Time Updates to Enrolled Programs Tab:

When parents purchase new item charges, such as enrichment programs, through Parent DIY, the associated program now immediately appears in the "Enrolled Programs" section. This provides parents with an up-to-date view of their child's active enrollments without needing to refresh the page manually.

Enhanced Parent's "Program" Tab:

The Programs tab in the parent profile has been improved to display a comprehensive, organized view showing all of a child's enrolled programs. Parents can now easily see program names, details, and scheduled dates, helping them stay informed about their child's activities. Past program dates are clearly marked, and completed programs automatically disappear from the view, keeping the information current.

Confirmation Prompt When Changing Schedule Type:

A new confirmation prompt has been added when users attempt to change a child's schedule type. This ensures that users are aware that proceeding will remove any linked billing plans. If the user confirms, they can select a new billing plan; if not, the change is canceled, safeguarding against unintended data modifications.

Streamlined Potential Duplicates Interface:

The "View Potential Duplicates" modal has been redesigned for a cleaner, more intuitive experience. The updated interface features a table layout that clearly distinguishes between the family being viewed and potential duplicates. Editable fields, custom status labels, and contextually populated select lists make it easier to manage and resolve duplicate records.

These enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to improving the user experience. For any questions, please reach out to our Support Team: support@lineleader.com. Thank you!
