Absences Now Displayed in Attendance Grid by Date Report:

The Attendance Grid by Date report now accurately shows absence reasons for children with same-day schedule cancellations. This ensures that all absences are properly documented, providing a complete view of attendance records.

Maintaining Minimum Contact Requirements:

LineLeader now enforces minimum required emergency and pickup contact thresholds when parents or caregivers edit or delete relationships. This safeguard makes sure that every child’s profile retains the necessary number of designated contacts, aligning with center safety standards. If an action would reduce the contacts below the required number, the system will prevent the change and prompt the user to maintain the necessary contacts.

Real-Time Updates to Enrolled Programs Tab:

When parents purchase new item charges, such as enrichment programs, through Parent DIY, the associated program now immediately appears in the "Enrolled Programs" section. This provides parents with an up-to-date view of their child's active enrollments without needing to refresh the page manually.

Enhanced Parent's "Program" Tab:

The Programs tab in the parent profile has been improved to display a comprehensive, organized view showing all of a child's enrolled programs. Parents can now easily see program names, details, and scheduled dates, helping them stay informed about their child's activities. Past program dates are clearly marked, and completed programs automatically disappear from the view, keeping the information current.

Confirmation Prompt When Changing Schedule Type:

A new confirmation prompt has been added when users attempt to change a child's schedule type. This ensures that users are aware that proceeding will remove any linked billing plans. If the user confirms, they can select a new billing plan; if not, the change is canceled, safeguarding against unintended data modifications.

Streamlined Potential Duplicates Interface:

The "View Potential Duplicates" modal has been redesigned for a cleaner, more intuitive experience. The updated interface features a table layout that clearly distinguishes between the family being viewed and potential duplicates. Editable fields, custom status labels, and contextually populated select lists make it easier to manage and resolve duplicate records.

These enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to improving the user experience. For any questions, please reach out to our Support Team: support@lineleader.com. Thank you!
