We've introduced several enhancements to streamline your experience, including more flexible billing options, detailed attendance reporting, and improved data exports. Here’s what’s new:

Selective Week Billing: Flexible Start Dates:

You can now set the start date for Week 1 of a Selective Week Billing plan to any day within the current week, providing greater flexibility. While the system will still suggest the next Monday by default, you're free to choose a different start date that suits your needs.

General Attendance Report: Inclusion of Deviation Reasons:

The General Attendance Report now features a "Check In/Out Deviation Reason" column. This addition captures the reasons for late drop-offs or early pick-ups, offering a more comprehensive view of attendance patterns.

Mandatory Reason for Schedule Deviations:

When checking a child in or out outside the allowed time window, the system now requires users to select a reason from a dropdown menu. These options are based on your organization's predefined early pick-up and late drop-off reasons, ensuring consistent documentation.

Enhanced Ledger Detail Export:

Enterprise users can now include "Location Name" and "ID Number" columns in the Ledger Detail export. This enhancement provides clearer insights by associating transactions with specific sites and individuals.

Admin Notifications for New Registrations:

Admins will now receive email notifications whenever a new registration is submitted via Initial Registration, Parent DIY, or the Admin Registration URL. These emails, tailored for internal use, mirror the summaries sent to parents and support white labeling to align with your organization's branding.

Targeted Coupon Application:

Coupons restricted to specific charges, such as registration fees, are now applied only to those designated items. This ensures that discounts are accurately applied, preventing unintended reductions on other items in the cart.

Enrollment Forms: Opt-In Checkbox Removal for Australia and UK:

For our customers in Australia and the UK, we've streamlined the enrollment process by removing the opt-in checkbox from all touchpoints—including Web, Waitlist, Kiosk, and PST forms. This change also hides the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links, resulting in a cleaner user interface. Additionally, the system will no longer automatically check the "Do Not Text" box for guardians based on opt-in status, aligning with regional regulations.

General Attendance Report: User ID Inclusion:

The General Attendance Report in Manage now offers an option to display user IDs, facilitating easier cross-referencing and report linking. A new checkbox labeled “Include User ID Number” has been added to the report filters. When selected, the person’s ID appears as the first column in the report, shifting existing data to the right. This ID column is also included in both CSV and PDF exports, clearly labeled as "ID Number."

Billing Plan Linking: Admin Control:

Admins now have the ability to control whether schedule enrollment requires linking to a billing plan through a new setting: “Require schedules to be linked to a billing plan” (scheduleTypes/forceLinkToPlans/enabled). When this toggle is enabled, the system maintains the current behavior by automatically expanding the billing plan section during schedule enrollment to encourage linkage. When disabled, the billing plan section will not auto-expand; instead, admins will see a button labeled “Add Linked Billing Plan,” allowing optional linking without additional steps.

Email Notification Configuration for Registrations:

Admins can now configure who receives email alerts when a family successfully registers at their location. A new setting called “Registration Alerts” has been added under Admin > Configuration (visible when registrationFlow is enabled), positioned between the “Registration” and “Registration Cancellation Reasons” settings. Clicking “Configure” opens a modal titled “Registration Notification Email Recipient,” where users can input one or more email addresses, separated by commas.

Redesigned View Potential Duplicates Tool:

We’ve completely redesigned the module for managing duplicate records, making it easier to clean up your database.

  • The new unified window replaces the two old ones.

  • You can now edit fields, merge duplicate records, and track changes seamlessly.

  • Actions like Save, Skip, Reject, Merge, and Link make it simpler to manage duplicates without losing important data.

This update streamlines record management and makes resolving duplicates a breeze! Please read this article for more in-depth information.

We hope these updates enhance your experience. Please reach out to our Support Team at support@lineleader.com with any questions!
