Post Learning Moments Anytime:
You can now post Learning Moments even after a child has been checked out! Previously, Learning Moments could only be tagged while a child was checked in.
With this update:
Children can still be tagged in Learning Moments regardless of check-in status.
Learning Moments will continue to appear in child timelines, end-of-day email summaries, and reports for full visibility.
Improved Learning Moment Tag List:
We’ve made it easier to find and tag children in Learning Moments by organizing the tag list into structured sections based on check-in status.
Now, the list is grouped as follows:
Checked-in children from the same group as the user
Checked-out children from the same group
All other children in the center
Each section is clearly labeled with color-coded separators based on your organization’s primary brand color.
Parent Names Auto-Fill When Staff Reply to Messages:
When staff or admins reply to messages in the Message Center, the parent’s name now auto-populates in the "To" field, eliminating the need to manually enter it.
Staff & Child Profile Info Now Displays Correctly in the App:
Key information in staff and child profiles, including Primary Phone and Date of Birth, now appears consistently in both the web and mobile platforms.
Express Drive-Up Info Now Syncs in Real Time:
Express Drive-Up details submitted by parents in the mobile app now appear in real time for staff members, eliminating the need to check the web version for updates.
Medications Now Appear in the Medical Moment Modal:
The medication dropdown in the Medical Moment modal now correctly displays medications listed in a child’s profile, ensuring consistency between Engage and Manage.
