Introduction

Running a childcare business can be challenging, especially when it comes to managing and analyzing data. In today's fast-paced business environment, it's important to have the ability to track, analyze and understand your data quickly and easily. This is where LineLeader Enroll's Custom Dashboards come in.

A custom dashboard is a powerful tool that allows you to visualize and track data that is specific to your business needs. By using custom dashboards to track key data you can gain insights into the performance of your childcare business, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

In this guide, we will explore the importance of LineLeader Enroll's Custom Dashboards in measuring business success in the childcare industry and how you can leverage this new tool to improve your operations.

Custom Dashboards

Who can access this feature?

To access this feature, you will need to email support@lineleader.com or contact your Customer Success Advocate to enable this.

Once enabled, access can be disabled via Settings > User Information > View / Edit > + User Permissions > Access Personal Dashboard Controls. (Expanded User Permissions must be enabled, which can be done via Settings > User Information > Gear Icon > Use expanded user permissions > Save.)

Dashboard components a user cannot normally access remain inaccessible. (For example, if a user has access to the Action Dashboard, Standard Reports and Custom Reports, the user will be able to build a custom dashboard that is built from elements of the Action Dashboard, Standard Reports and any Custom Reports they have saved.)

Once enabled you will notice some small changes:

The Location Dashboard is now called Action

The Corporate Dashboard is now called Insight

How is this used?

This feature allows users to create personal, custom-built dashboards in any quantity. Users can edit and delete their custom dashboards and decide which should be the default dashboard to appear when they log in. Custom dashboards are only accessible by the user who created them.

Custom dashboards can be created using elements from any existing dashboard, standard report, or saved custom report they already have access to.

Elements can be arranged in any order but cannot be resized.

Elements that have a time range are controlled by the time selector that will appear in the top right of the dashboard.
